Firstly, about the physical aspects, the book of 335 pages exclude cover has the appropriate size and weight for students Form 5 who will use it and bring it. Font and style age of this book is appropriate for the age 17. The binding, pages and cover are very durable for students because the binding and cover are tough and the pages paper quite quality and hard. Page layout is uncluttered and balanced between texts, pictures and graphics. This book has illustrations, tables, figures, graphics, charts and any visual information that very suitable and appropriate to all users, not regarding to any age, ethnicity, gender, socioeconomic level, and physical and mental ability. This is because the figures explain general ideas and can accept by all mentally level.

The organization of this book is generally good. It has useful table of contents, glossary and index that very necessary for students to refer. The table of contents shows the logical arrangement and development about the subjects. The contents also contain topics and subtopics for the subject to easily students’ checklist as well as within the book in each chapter. This book is very helpful to students because contain sufficient references for students’ use. The introductions and summaries of every chapter very clear and comprehensive for students for students’ overview about the chapter. The pages numbered are very clear and not being confused.

The content of this book is accurate and up-to date. So that students can learn the latest information and knowledge.The content are suitable to all students all over the country because it meet local and national standards and appropriate to all reading level.. But the content not be supported by the other textbooks that students will use. The end of every subtopic contains some questions to make students more clear about the topic. This book encourages higher level of thinking because the information given not only about the topic but contains applications in daily life and linked with other subject areas. The information and questions given can increase students’ cognitive and active learning. The notes and activities encourage students’ active learning with its examples, graphics and many more.It can use for long time because it contain more general ideas and theory that appropriate in several times.

For conclusion, this book is a good text book for secondary school level for learning mathematics because it suitable for this level of thinking not according to any races, religion and socioeconomic level.
